They updated the plumbing and installed all new fixtures. The crews were punctual, clean, and very kind. No one smoked! They covered the floors throughout the house and vacuumed each day. They even swept and vacuumed our driveway! There were several little items that could have been change orders to get more money, but Pete simply did them and said it was part of doing a good job. We found this company on Facebook and took a chance with them after seeing photos they posted of their bathroom remodels and then meeting with Kristin who assured us her brother Pete and his team would take care of us. She provided all the information needed and answered all our questions. We communicated initially on Messenger. It was not complicated and the decision making process was simple and straightforward, the way we wanted it. They had packages with options and materials already set which could be tailored to your wishes. We had contacted and/or got estimates from other big stores and other companies but never felt comfortable hiring them. I am so happy with the results and very grateful that they worked with us. When it was time for the install, Pete and his team were outstanding. They were very professional, conscientious and made sure everything was cleaned up. They had to remove three walls of marble, wall material, mirrors, vanity tops, install new pipes, drains, etc. The next morning they finished prepping the shower area and custom cut and fit the shower with acrylic walls and shelving, new shower pan, new shower accessories, installed the quartz vanity top, new under mount sinks and faucets. We will never have to think about cleaning grout again nor do we have to use harsh chemicals to clean the shower enclosure. “We contracted with Bret in June. He was able to squeeze us into a very tight schedule in August. The crew showed up as promised at 6:30 am. Bret and his coworkers went right to work removing a very large soaker tub and replacing it with an equally large walk-in shower. They worked nonstop for 8 hours and were out and on their way by 2:30 pm. To protect all surfaces, they covered all of the flooring and furniture before starting work.
